Contact us Plasto-Sac UK came to Belmont Packaging with a very specific brief that had to be adhered to for one of their clients, Beech's Fine Chocolates.
High-quality packaging
The shelf-ready packaging had to stand out and be to a high standard as it would need to be retail ready to be displayed on the shelf amongst other boxes with the same print. After all, the packaging had to be the same quality and calibre as the scrumptious traditional British chocolates.
Printed Shelf Ready Boxes
Through close contact between designers and toolmakers, we helped Plasto-Sac UK and Beech's to provide a product that surpassed the brief and looked fantastic on the shelf! But the print wasn't plain sailing… the design was complex and not easy to do. We had to get the identical colour swatch as well as achieve the unique speckle effect and match the litho print quality.
The Result: Packaging with a punch
The whole process from start to finish took around 3 months however, the finished product was certainly worth the wait. How long will my quotation take?
Once we have received the full specification for your corrugated packaging requirements, quotations are typically returned within 2 working days, taking into consideration that we do not work on Fridays.
For more bespoke packaging projects involving custom structural design, specialist print finishes or tooling requirements, additional development time may be required to ensure we provide the most accurate and commercially effective solution.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the packaging style, board grade, print requirements and manufacturing process involved.
As a general guide, standard production runs are usually 2,000+ boxes.
