Emma Hardie contacted Belmont Packaging as she sought custom packaging for cosmetics for her range of daily beauty essentials. The Emma Hardie custom printed packaging needed to reflect her commitment to quality, empowerment, and skincare whilst the packaging design had to be practical, visually appealing, environmentally sustainable and in line with her brands ethos. By creating custom packaging for cosmetics, Emma could then offer her customers a memorable unboxing experience and boost brand appeal too.
Emma Hardie’s decision to invest in custom packaging for cosmetics meant that the Belmont Packaging team were able to produce vibrant, double-sided print, custom packaging for cosmetics with a premium varnished finish. To keep in line with Emma’s commitment to the environment, an eco-friendly corrugated cardboard was used that is both sustainable and biodegradable, ensuring the Emma Hardie custom printed packaging solution harmonises with their brand ethos.
The Belmont Packaging team designed 0427 FEFCO style custom packaging for cosmetics with an additional peel and seal front flap complete with easy tear strip. This saves time when packing and ensures the skincare products reach the customer safely and securely. Using an E flute corrugated material ensured the box could withstand postage conditions whilst allowing for a high-quality flexographic print to both the inside and outside of the custom packaging for cosmetics.
We produced 1,500 units of these premium Emma Hardie custom printed packaging boxes and Emma is very happy with how they turned out.
