Riley immigrated to the United States from England, and it wasn’t until 70 years after the original company launch, that New Balance began to operate in the UK.
Retail Ready Corrugated Cardboard Packaging
Originally meeting at a manufacturing event in 2014, New Balance UK started to talk to Belmont Packaging about their corrugated cardboard packaging expertise in the footwear and fashion industry as they wanted to reshore and start sourcing their packaging locally.
New Balance UK needed a responsible and quality corrugated cardboard box manufacturer to supply lifestyle shoe boxes in two different sizes and swing tags for their trainers.
Fully Branded Shoe Boxes with Swing and a Lasting Partnership
After a series of successful site visits at Belmont’s manufacturing facility, New Balance UK moved their packaging supply to the UK, creating a long-lasting partnership since January 2016.
New Balance UK now order 40,000 - 60,000 corrugated cardboard boxes in two sizes every six weeks, along with 100,000 branded swing tags.
The New Balance UK boxes are printed with flexographic technology with two colours printed on both the inside and outside, with a multi-point glued crash lock base. The swing tags are fully branded, with double-sided printing and then die cut to exact specifications.
