Contact us Sophia Webster, a Royal College of Art student, founded her company Sophia Webster Ltd in 2012. Sophia Webster Ltd is a luxury British accessory brand, that is internationally renowned for combining feminine design with a sophisticated approach.
Sophia Webster hand draws all of her designs and concepts from her design studio in East London. Sophia Webster shoes are instantly recognisable with her iconic designs which range from her wing collection to heels shaped like a flamingo! Sophia Webster’s accessories can be purchased online via her website, but also in large leading department stores and specialty retailers worldwide.
The Belmont Packaging team were approached by the team at Sophia Webster who were looking for distinctive, recyclable on-brand custom flat-packed packaging suitable to transport their range of children’s shoes. The team needed to ensure that the box was sturdy for transport as well as have a premium look to fit in with the high-end brand image.
Belmont Packaging have designed and manufactured a range of mini shoeboxes for Sophia Webster to allow them to transport their range of children’s shoes to stores and homes safely.
To give the box the recyclable look the customer chose a brown kraft material but kept the look of the box premium with a trendy two-colour print to the lid.
The team needed to ensure that the lid and base were flush so that it reduced the chance of damage to the shoes, this was done by creating a bespoke shoe box design with a fold-over friction lock for both the base and the lid.
This also helped with the strength of the shoe boxes too.
Sophia Webster’s initial order was for 5000 sets of their range of 3 mini shoe boxes and were very happy with the look of their final product.

How long will my quotation take?
Once we have received the full specification for your corrugated packaging requirements, quotations are typically returned within 2 working days, taking into consideration that we do not work on Fridays.
For more bespoke packaging projects involving custom structural design, specialist print finishes or tooling requirements, additional development time may be required to ensure we provide the most accurate and commercially effective solution.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the packaging style, board grade, print requirements and manufacturing process involved.
As a general guide, standard production runs are usually 2,000+ boxes.
