Apprentice new update for Marcel Lusala

Marcel Lusala is one of Belmont Packaging’s print operatives. He joined our team three months ago from another apprenticeship after completing his GCSE’s and is working through the same two-year apprenticeship as Jack. Read on to find out more about Marcel’s apprentice update …

The majority of his apprenticeship will be focused on developing his skills and training around the Cuir printer. This will ensure he has all the skills and knowledge to boost his understanding of Belmont Packaging’s print and production process whilst improving his communication and workplace techniques, as well as his health and safety and problem-solving skills.
